zengtrade ("we", "us") provides software tools and educational tooling for algorithmic trading strategy analysis and simulated ("paper") trading of crypto assets. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fund. We do not hold, receive, transmit, or control your funds at any time.
Nothing on zengtrade is investment, financial, legal, or trading advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Strategies, backtests, paper results, and any figures are informational only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
The service currently offers simulated (paper) trading only. Simulated and past performance is hypothetical, does not represent real trading, and does not guarantee future results. Live trading results will differ from paper results due to fees, slippage, liquidity, and market conditions.
Any live-trading features operate on your own third-party exchange account via API keys you provide, scoped to trading only (never withdrawal). You retain full custody and control of your funds and may revoke access at any time. We never take custody of your assets.

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use the service where you live. The service is not offered to residents of restricted jurisdictions (including, without limitation, the United States) and where prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and taxes.
Paid plans are billed by our payment provider (merchant of record). Fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, disrupt others, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
