Account data (email), authentication data (handled by our auth provider), your strategy deployments and simulated trade history, subscription/billing status (handled by our payment provider), and basic usage/analytics data.
We do not collect your card details (handled by the payment provider) and, in the current paper-only product, we do not collect exchange API keys. If live features are enabled, any keys you provide are encrypted and stored solely to operate your chosen strategies.
To run the service, operate your paper book, process subscriptions, communicate service messages, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
We use third-party processors including our authentication/database provider (Supabase), payment provider (merchant of record), and email provider. Each processes data only to provide their service.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting hello@zengtrade.in. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Data is isolated per user at the database level (row-level security), encrypted in transit, and any sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for your own account security.
